This week’s photowalk was another quick stop on the way home from work. This time I walked the small nature trail at Deer Park in Newport News. Again, most shots were taken with my 50mm prime.

It’s been a while since I last checked your blog… congratulations on your 2009 photos! Your photowalks seemed like a great idea, are you still doing them? I like your roots photo, great use of black and white.
Thanks, I was proud to complete the project 365. The 52 photowalks, however, was a failure. I think part of the problem was trying to start it in January – not ideal conditions to get out and about. But I may try again.
